Sally Perry

Sally Perry, Chief Executive Officer of Coastal Harbor Health System, graduated from Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Psychology in 2001 and a M.S. in Psychology in 2003. Since graduating, Perry has worked as a therapist, team leader and case manager before moving into an administrative role as Director at Aurora Pavilion and as Chief Operating Officer at Coastal Harbor Health System. Her extensive experience on both the administrative and therapy sides of Coastal Harbor create the ideal foundation to effectively run Coastal Harbor, where she manages each aspect of a nationally recognized program created specifically to serve children, families and individuals.

Dr. Reemon Bishara

Dr. Reemon Bishara serves as Medical Director for Coastal Harbor. Dr. Bishara received his M.D. in 1992 from J.W.G. University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In 1995, he moved to the United States, and in 1996, he passed the American Board Examinations. Dr. Bishara has worked in several disciplines of psychiatry, including adolescents, family and adult care. He served as the Medical Director of the Outpatient Clinic at the Child and Family Institute of St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City before moving to Savannah. During his time as Medical Director of the Outpatient Clinic at the Child and Family Institute, he was awarded Supervisor of the Year in 2004. He currently serves as the full-time Clinical Director of the Georgia Regional Hospital in addition to his duties with Coastal Harbor Health System. Dr. Bishara is a member of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is double board-certified in adult, child and adolescent psychiatry, as well as certified to administer Buprenorphine.

Dr. Chrissie Clure

Dr. Chrissie Clure graduated from West Georgia College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and from the Medical College of Georgia with her Doctor of Medicine. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, as well as by the American Board of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She has served as Staff Psychiatrist for numerous mental health centers, was the Assistant Director of the Adolescent Dual Diagnosis Program at the Medical University of South Carolina and currently acts as the Clinical Director for the Lakeside Crisis Stabilization Unit for Children and Adolescents in Savannah, Georgia. In addition, Dr. Clure is also currently a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Dr. Manoj K. Dass

Dr. Manoj K. Dass, received his M.D. from the Institute of Medicine in Mandalay, Burma with a specialty in psychiatry. In addition to his responsibilities at Coastal Harbor Health System, Dr. Dass maintains a private practice in Savannah, Georgia. He has served as Psychiatric Consultant for Gateway Mental Health Clinic and as the Medical Director of Admissions at Georgia Regional Hospital in Savannah.

Dr. Ebony Gaffney

Dr. Ebony Gaffney graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS in Zoology and received an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Gardner-Webb University. Dr. Gaffney obtained her M.D. from Xavier School of Medicine Aruba. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Gaffney has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Herzing College in Atlanta, Georgia, and as a Compliance Educator for The Center for Family Medicine Residency Program in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She is currently faculty at Georgia Regents University Medical School in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral sciences.

Dr. Arnold Negrin

Dr. Arnold Negrin, graduated from Augusta College in Augusta, Georgia, as a Pre-med Psychology Major. He received his M.D. from Universidad Central Del Este in the Dominican Republic in 1984, specializing in child psychiatry. Dr. Negrin has served as a Consulting Psychiatrist for the Georgia State Prison and the Claxton Detention Center in Claxton, Georgia, and was also the Psychiatric Director, as well as Medical Director, for Charter of Savannah. He currently has an extensive private practice in Savannah.

Dr. Alexa Reames

Dr. Alexa Reames serves as BC Adult Psychiatrist for Coastal Harbor Health System. Dr. Reames received her M.D. in 2007 from the Medical University of South Carolina of Medicine. She is Board Certified and a member of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. From 2011 to 2012, Dr. Reames served as Crisis Psychiatrist for Counties Manakua District Health Board in South Auckland, New Zealand, where she addressed the acute outpatient needs of the mentally ill. She returned to the states in 2012 to become the Psychiatric Hospitalist for Augusta Medical Center in Virginia, and, most recently, Dr. Reames acted as an Inpatient Psychiatrist for Memphis Mental Health Institute in Tennessee.

Dr. Maggie Ross

Dr. Maggie Ross graduated from The University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences and from the Medical University of South Carolina with her Doctor of Medicine. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is licensed to prescribe Suboxone. She has served as Staff Psychiatrist and Admitting Physician for the Georgia Regional Hospital in Savannah, Georgia, and Admitting Physician for the Carolina Center for Behavioral Health in Greer, South Carolina. Dr. Pearson currently holds an assistant professor position at Mercer University School of Medicine.

Jennifer DeMott, ANP-C

A graduate of Armstrong State University, Jennifer DeMott, ANP-C, serves as Nurse Practitioner for Coastal Harbor. In addition to holding a Masters of Science in Nursing, DeMott is also licensed and certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Heart Association, among others. DeMott brings decades of nursing experience to the Coastal Harbor team, previously serving as Nurse Practitioner at Optim Medical Associates and Director of Nursing at the Assisted Recovery Center.  In addition to her role at Coastal Harbor, DeMott also serves as Nurse Practitioner at THA Hospice and is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Kiara Regan, Nurse Practitioner for Coastal Behavioral Health

Kiara Regan, PMHNP-BC

Kiara Regan, PMHNP-BC, serves as a Nurse Practitioner for Coastal Behavioral Health. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and received her BSN and MSN from MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2013. Regan is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Before joining the team at Coastal Harbor, Regan completed her preceptorships in Massachusetts at MetroWest Medical Center–Department of Behavioral Health and the Dr. Solomon Carter Fuller Mental Health Center.
