Psychiatric Inpatient

Psychiatric Inpatient Treatment

The adult psychiatric inpatient program provides intensive 24-hour support in a secure setting for patients 18 and older with ongoing psychiatric and substance abuse problems. After resolving the immediate crisis after admission, our experienced team of psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists develop a highly individualized treatment plan while taking care to insure the safety of the patient within the hospital setting.

A patient’s stay at Coastal Behavioral Health includes a wide variety of interventions all designed to promote emotional and physical healing. Families and loved ones are encouraged to participate in mental health treatment while patients are prepared for continued support from outpatient providers in the community.
